Qualification & Experience

We are looking at IT Professionals with 7-10 years of experience. The role demands leadership skills such as team management, project management, release management and customer experience & expectation management.

Preference will be given to BE Computers and working IT professionals from BFSI. However, Project Management working professionals with MSC/BSC IT along with PMP/Scrum Master Certification with 10-15 years of diverse industry experience are also welcome.

Role

Your role contributes to delivering our innovative products to our diverse customer base, creating a strong technology adoption platform for our customers. The products will be part of our next generation Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Platform. You will ensure seamless experience to the product users and help increase our operational efficiency. You will collaborate with your colleagues to build a strong customer focus and ensure seamless execution of client delivery.

What you’ll be doing
  • Monitor, analyse, troubleshoot incidents along with regularly communicating status to the customer.
  • Understand customer needs and fulfil them by liaising with internal groups as necessary, including Development, Implementation, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Ability to lead through influence and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Log, prioritize, and manage incidents within Finarya's Ticket Management System/Other System, ensuring they are regularly updated and accurately reflect the current state of investigation.
  • Work closely with the client teams to ensure high level of Technology Adoption.
  • Analyse the current product development & implementation processes. Re-engineer the same in coordination with the development team on an ongoing basis to build operational efficiency.
  • Ability to delegate, guide & mentor the team to ensure smooth delivery.
